What we collect

When you submit the help request form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if given), city, county, business stage, the topic you need help with, and your message.

The Structure Finder runs entirely in your browser. Your answers to it are not sent to us or stored.

How we use and share it

We use your request to connect you with help. As stated on the form: "By submitting, you agree that we may share your request with an independent local professional who may contact you, and that we may be paid for the referral." That professional may be an accountant, attorney, insurance agent, bookkeeper, or payroll provider, and operates independently of this site.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for any purpose beyond the referral described above.

Storage

Submissions are stored in a private database that only site administrators can access.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your request by submitting the form again with that request in the message.
